Free Domestic Shipping - USA
On orders above $150, we currently offer Free Domestic Shipping* on all eligible products within the continental United States. This excludes all CROSSNET Indoor Bases and any bundles that contain them.
Domestic - USA
- Orders take an estimated 2-4 business days to be delivered after departure from our warehouse. Departure from warehouse may take up to 5 business days.
- The cutoff shipping time is 5PM PST.
- Tracking is provided on all orders. CROSSNET is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
- Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. CROSSNET is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
- CROSSNET is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.
- Customers can select an expedited shipping option at checkout.
- Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times.
- Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order.
International Shipping
- International shipments are delivered an estimated 4-6 weeks after departure from our warehouse.
- Tracking is provided on all orders. CROSSNET is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
- Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. CROSSNET is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.

- Every country has its own set of regulations for importing goods. International buyers agree to ship at their own risk. CROSSNET is not liable for any shipments that have been confiscated by customs or informing the customer of the cost of duty to import their goods.
- Customers who return CROSSNET due to not accepting their countries import fees or customs policy will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
- We recommend you contact your country's customs agency to determine what the rules are for importing our products and the cost of duty. We do not take responsibility for issues with shipment related to customs.
